Peoria Chiefs Baseball

Yesterday, we headed to Peoria for a Chiefs baseball game with some of our church family!  Despite the look on his face in this photo, JJ had a GREAT time!  It was "Disney Day" at the ball park, so we got to see Mickey Mouse, Winnie the Pooh and Buzz Lightyear!  Joshua was sssooo excited to see Buzz...of course, he wouldn't get his picture taken with him!  He kept asking to go see Buzz again, and we had to tell him Buzz was "taking a nap," haha!

  It's hot out, and this baseball stuff is boring, so I think I'll take a nap!

 These boys' blue mouths were courtesy of a blue slushie...the perfect treat to help us cool off!  At one point, the score board said that the temperature reached 94 degrees!

 Best family photo we could get.  The boys were so good, despite the heat and the fact that they missed their naps!  We had a wonderful time, AND the Chiefs won!  :-)
