Merry Christmas, family and friends!
We have had a busy few days! Friday morning, we headed to Iowa on what should have been a 3.5-hr road trip. We ended up in a 4-hr traffic jam and our trip took a total of 9 hours. Thankfully, we made it safely and were still able to celebrate Christmas with family.
My family traveled back to Fairview with us on Saturday and spent the weekend with us. I LOVE having everyone here. It's just so special to be surrounded by family and friends at Christmas time.

My family headed home this morning. It's always tough to say goodbye, but we hope to see everyone again soon! We have absolutely nothing on the docket for today, which is perfect for me! Movies, lunch, a long afternoon nap...sounds like a plan!
